The building comprises of 113 well furnished rooms, one splendid garden and swimming pool along with a golf course spread in 45 acres area. The Raj Bhavan is compared with Buckingham Palace of England.
This building is equipped with ancient beautiful ancient architecture, surrounded by the natural beauty of mountains along with vast stretch of lush green Deodar and Oak trees and it is situated about 3 kms away from the bus stand.

Raj Bhawan is open all days except Sunday & all gazetted holidays.
March to April - 8 am to 5 pm
May to August - 8 am to 6 pm
September to October - 8 am to 6 pm
November to December - 8 am to 4 pm
Entry is permitted every hour inside the building and golf course along with the guide (no additional charges are required for guide). The guide is tells about the ancient history of Raj Bhavan and its surrounded wild species of the forest.
